The episode commences with Bhagyashree urging her family to partake in breakfast at the odd hour of 5 a.m. Ridhi objects, arguing that eating so early would leave them famished later. Bhagyashree calmly explains that both she and Tara are observing Karvachauth. Ridhi, bewildered, inquires if Tara is also participating, which unintentionally wounds Tara’s sentiments. Raju then interjects, remarking that Karvachauth is not a part of their customs, but Bhagyashree remains adamant—they have made a decision.
Sai, intrigued by the unfamiliar tradition, questions Bhagyashree about Karvachauth and learns that it is a fast kept by wives for the longevity of their husbands. Sai, upon learning this, playfully suggests that Savi observe the fast for Rajat. Savi, however, inwardly decides she’ll observe it for Sai instead. Meanwhile, Raju urges Bhagyashree to forgive Savi, but Bhagyashree stands firm in her refusal.
Rajat then descends the stairs, but is unable to speak due to a throat ailment. Bhagyashree promises to prepare a traditional herbal concoction to aid his recovery.
Later on, a physician examines Rajat and advises complete rest for the next four days. Aman, worried about a significant auction happening the same day, pleads with the doctor for medication that would allow Rajat to speak during the event. The physician declines, stressing the importance of rest.
Aman, visibly agitated, expresses his anxiety to Rajat over the auction. Rajat attempts to write something, but his handwriting proves illegible. Savi enters the room, curious about the commotion. They explain Rajat’s temporary loss of voice, and Savi, amused, quips that it might be a blessing in disguise. Rajat silently mocks her, and Savi deciphers his gestures, much to the astonishment of Aman, who questions how she understands him. Savi confidently responds that she can read his lips. An idea sparks in Aman’s mind: Savi will accompany them to the auction and place bids on Rajat’s behalf. Though initially hesitant, Rajat eventually relents, and Savi agrees to assist.
In a parallel storyline, Lucky receives an alarming call from Sanketh, informing him that a recent exam paper leak has been exposed, and the board has appointed a new Head of Department (HOD) to supervise a re-exam. Sanketh bemoans the loss of their bribe money, but Lucky assures him that bribing the new HOD should be no issue. The narrative shifts to the introduction of Milind, the newly appointed HOD tasked with creating the exam papers. Later, Sanketh visits Milind’s residence, delivering a sweet box stuffed with money. Milind quickly deduces that Sanketh and his cronies were responsible for the earlier paper leak.
At the auction, Savi, Aman, and Rajat are greeted by the auctioneer, who recognizes Savi as his son’s teacher. He showers praise upon Rajat, calling him his most esteemed client, and expresses hope that Rajat will secure the winning bid.
Savi attempts to relay critical information about the auctioned property, gathered from one of her student’s mothers, but is abruptly cut off when Harsh and Ashika barge in. They proceed to ridicule Rajat and Savi, with Harsh arrogantly boasting that he will outbid them and gift the property to Kiyaan. The two then depart.
As the auction kicks off, Savi tries once more to warn Rajat that the land up for bidding holds little value, but Rajat insists she proceed with placing bids. A fierce bidding battle ensues between Rajat and Harsh.
The episode concludes.
In the precap: Rajat expresses his gratitude to Savi in Marathi for accepting his affection during the Karvachauth observance. Savi, however, remains uncertain of the sincerity behind his words. Frustrated, Rajat storms off, accusing Savi of overstepping her bounds merely because he smiled at her.
